How does billing work?
Plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. Paid plans start with a free trial; you can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app's Plans page. Refunds follow Shopify's billing terms.
What happens to my data when I uninstall?
Shopify asks us to delete your store's data 48 hours after you uninstall, and we delete it. If that request never arrives, we delete it automatically after 90 days. Export anything you need (CSV or printable reports) before uninstalling.
Which store data can the apps access?
Each app asks only for the Shopify permissions its job needs. Where an app can change your store, it starts read-only and asks for write access only when you choose to apply a change. Details for every app are in the privacy policy.
Is this legal advice? Will the app make my store compliant?
No. Lektoro apps help you check, prepare and document your store against named rules and show their sources. They do not provide legal advice and cannot guarantee compliance. For legal questions, ask your lawyer or advisor.
